Most orders are produced within these windows. Production starts after you approve your digital proof — so faster proof approval means faster production.
- Apparel (tees, hoodies, polos): 3–5 business days
- DTF transfers: 2–3 business days
- Sublimation (mugs, pillows, tumblers): 3–5 business days
- Promotional products: 5–7 business days
- Canvas prints / wall decor: 5–7 business days
- Embroidered apparel: 5–7 business days
Rush production
Need it yesterday? Rush options cut production time dramatically:
- 24-hour rush: +$50 flat fee, available for most apparel and DTF orders
- 48-hour rush: +$25 flat fee
- Same-day rush: Available for local pickup only — call us
Rush availability depends on current shop load. We'll confirm rush availability before charging — if we can't hit the deadline, we don't take the money.
Shipping time (separate from production)
Once printed and shipped, delivery depends on where you are:
- Standard ground: 2–5 business days (free over $75)
- Expedited: 2 business days
- Overnight: Next business day
Bulk orders
Orders over 250 pieces may take an additional 1–3 business days. For orders over 1,000 pieces, we'll confirm a custom timeline based on complexity.
