What's the minimum order?
There is no minimum for most products. You can order one shirt, one mug, or one pillow. Bulk pricing kicks in at 24+ pieces for the best per-piece rates.
Do you accept POs and net terms?
Yes — for approved wholesale accounts. Apply for wholesale to unlock net 30 terms and PO-based ordering.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Absolutely. Mix youth and adult sizes, mix colors on the same design — all at the same bulk tier pricing.
Design & Artwork
What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, and TIFF. PNGs with transparent backgrounds work best for most prints. See full artwork guidelines.
My design is low-resolution — can you still print it?
Maybe. Our team will review every file and let you know if it'll print well. If not, we can often clean it up for a small fee — or redesign it from scratch through our design help service.
Can I print copyrighted images?
Only if you own or have licensed the rights. We won't print content we suspect infringes copyright. When in doubt, just ask.
Production
How long does production take?
Most orders: 3–5 business days. DTF transfers: 2–3 business days. Rush options available. Full turnaround times here.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes — always. Every order gets a free digital proof you must approve before we print. No surprises.
What if there's a mistake?
If we made the mistake, we reprint at no cost. If you approved a proof that had an error, we'll help make it right on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is free on orders $75+. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout. See full shipping details.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — local pickup is free in the Atlanta metro area. Select "Local pickup" at checkout.
Returns & Guarantees
What's your return policy?
Because every order is custom, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However,if the product has a manufacturing defect or we printed your design incorrectly, we'll reprint or refund — contact us within 7 days.
Do you guarantee your prints?
Yes. Our prints are wash-tested for 50+ washes. If your print fails under normal care within a year, contact us and we'll make it right.

How do I apply for wholesale?
Fill out the wholesale application — takes 5 minutes, approval usually within 24 hours.
Do you work with non-profits?
Yes. Qualified non-profits get tier pricing plus tax-exempt ordering. Mention your non-profit status on your wholesale application.
