1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using U Choose We Print ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") services, website, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We operate under the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America.

2. Print Services - What We Do

U Choose We Print provides custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer printing and sublimation printing services. We print exactly what you upload. Our services include:

  • Custom DTF gang sheet printing
  • Sublimation transfer printing
  • Custom product printing from uploaded designs

3. IMPORTANT: Customer Responsibility for Uploads

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT, QUALITY, AND ACCURACY OF ALL FILES YOU UPLOAD.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We print exactly what you upload. We do not modify, resize, enhance, or correct your files unless you specifically request and pay for design services.
  • You are responsible for checking all dimensions, sizing, and placement before submitting your order. Use our gang sheet builder preview to verify your design layout.
  • We are NOT responsible for incorrect sizing, resolution issues, or design errorsin files you provide. If your uploaded file is 5 inches wide and you wanted 10 inches, that is your responsibility to correct before ordering.
  • Image resolution: We recommend 300 DPI for best print quality. Low-resolution images will print exactly as uploaded and may appear pixelated or blurry.
  • Color accuracy: Colors may vary between your screen and the final printed product due to differences in monitors and printing processes. We do not guarantee exact color matching.
  • Spell check your designs: We do not proofread text in your uploaded designs. Spelling and grammar errors will be printed as submitted.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

By uploading content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content you upload
  • Your content does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • You have the legal right to reproduce and distribute the content
  • Your content does not violate any laws, including but not limited to counterfeit goods laws

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any law. You agree to indemnify and hold U Choose We Print harmless from any claims arising from your uploaded content.

5. Prohibited Content

We will not print content that:

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property (no unauthorized use of logos, characters, or brands)
  • Contains obscene, defamatory, or illegal material
  • Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
  • Violates any federal, state, or local law
  • Contains counterfeit or fraudulent content

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing prohibited content without refund.

6. Order Processing & Turnaround

  • Orders are processed in the order received after payment confirmation
  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee
  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays

7. Payment Terms

All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS AND FEDERAL LAW, U CHOOSE WE PRINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER IN QUESTION.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
