- Standard ground: 2–5 business days · Free on orders $75+, otherwise calculated at checkout
- Expedited: 2 business days · Calculated at checkout based on destination
- Overnight: Next business day · For urgent orders
- Local pickup: Free · Available in the Atlanta metro area
When does my order ship?
Orders ship after production is complete (see turnaround times). You'll get a shipping notification with tracking the moment the label is created.
Order tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the order tracking page and entering your order number
- Logging into your account and checking the order status page
International shipping
Currently we ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact us for a custom quote — we can usually accommodate any destination for orders over $250.
International orders are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes assessed by the destination country.
Ship-to-many (bulk orders)
For wholesale customers, we can split a single order across multiple shipping addresses (e.g., shipping team store orders to individual employees). See our team stores page for details.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll file a claim with the carrier and reprint/reship your order at no cost.
Wrong address?
If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it at no cost. If it's already shipped, we'll do our best to reroute — fees may apply.
