Important: Custom Print Products
All products are custom-made to your specifications. Because we print exactly what you upload, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for customer errors including incorrect sizing, design mistakes, spelling errors, low resolution images, or wrong file uploads. Please carefully review your designs before placing your order.
When We WILL Issue a Refund or Reprint
We stand behind our work. You are eligible for a refund or reprint if:
- 1.Printing Defects: Physical defects in printing quality caused by our equipment (e.g., ink smearing, color banding, missing sections, machine errors)
- 2.Wrong Product Shipped: You received a different product or design than what you ordered
- 3.Damaged in Transit: Product arrived damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
- 4.Our Processing Error: We made a mistake processing your order (wrong size sheet, wrong quantity, etc.)
- 5.Missing Items: Your order was incomplete or items were missing
When We Will NOT Issue a Refund
As stated in our Terms of Service, we print exactly what you upload. No refunds will be issued for:
- ×Incorrect Sizing: Your file was uploaded at the wrong dimensions or you did not verify size before ordering
- ×Design Errors: Spelling mistakes, wrong colors in your file, design layout issues, or any errors in your uploaded artwork
- ×Low Resolution Images: Blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution source files (we recommend 300 DPI)
- ×Wrong File Uploaded: You accidentally uploaded the wrong file
- ×Color Variations: Minor color differences between your screen and the printed product (monitors display colors differently)
- ×Change of Mind: You no longer want or need the product after it has been printed
- ×Application Issues: Problems that occur when applying transfers (improper heat press settings, incorrect application method)
- ×Copyright/IP Violations: Orders refused or cancelled due to intellectual property concerns
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@uchooseweprint.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide clear photos showing the issue with the product
- Describe the problem in detail
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with our decision.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
- You may be offered a reprint or store credit as an alternative
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
- For damaged items, we may request the product be returned before issuing a refund
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if:
- The order has not yet entered production (typically within 1-2 hours of placing the order)
- You contact us immediately at orders@uchooseweprint.com
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled as materials have been used and the printing process has begun.
Texas Consumer Protection
This refund policy complies with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA). As a Texas-based business, we are committed to fair and honest business practices. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
Federal Trade Commission Compliance
Our refund policy complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for mail, internet, and telephone order merchandise. We are committed to transparent business practices and clear communication with our customers regarding all policies.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our response to a refund request, we encourage you to contact us again to discuss the matter. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service, under the laws of the State of Texas.
